To book a scan we will need a referral form from your Clinician. This can be faxed, emailed or brought to Allied Medical Center at the time of your appointment. Self-referrals are accepted on some of our health screening procedures; however, we recommend you consult your Clinician prior to your visit. Once you have a completed referral form from your Clinician you can make an online appointment request. We will call you back within 24 hours to confirm an appointment for you as close as possible to your preferred time/date. We will also provide you with instructions on how to prepare for your scan, cost if you are a self-pay patient, and directions to the center if required. Alternatively, you can contact us directly to arrange an appointment. Some of our diagnostic imaging studies require preparation such as filling your bladder or fasting. At the time of booking your appointment, you will be advised on the preparation for your specific study.
