Cancellation Policy

At Allied Medical Center, we strive to provide excellent service and a seamless experience for all our patients. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we’ve outlined our cancelation policy below to ensure fairness and clarity.

1. Cancellation Notice

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid any cancellation fees.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subjected to a cancellation fee of 50%.
  • Cancellations made within the day of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee of 100%.

2. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule your appointment please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to accommodate waitlist patients and avoid a late cancellation/ no show fee.

3. No- Show Policy

If you fail to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice, a no-show fee of 100% will be charged.

4. Special Circumstances

If an emergency or unforeseen circumstances arises, please contact us as soon as possible. We will consider your situation and may waive or reduce fees at our discretion.
